Please read them carefully before placing an order. They contain important information about:
how a contract is formed between you and OLIVRX;
product and Programme purchases;
prices and payment;

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our:
Privacy Policy;
Cookie Policy;
Shipping & Delivery;
Returns & Refunds; and
Website Disclaimer.
If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and mandatory consumer law, mandatory consumer law will apply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or reduces any legal rights or remedies available to you as a consumer.

In these Terms & Conditions:
Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

4. Who May Place an Order
To place an order through our website, you must:
be at least 18 years old;
be legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
provide accurate, complete and current information;
use a valid payment method that you are authorised to use; and
purchase the products primarily for personal and domestic use.
If you place an order on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so.
We may apply reasonable limits to the number of products that may be purchased in a single order or by one customer.
Please contact us before ordering if you wish to purchase products for commercial resale, professional distribution or another business purpose.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that it:
has been placed fraudulently;
uses unauthorised payment details;
contains false or incomplete information;
is intended for unauthorised resale;
exceeds a reasonable purchasing limit; or
otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
5. Our Products and Programmes
OLIVRX offers structured extra virgin olive oil Programmes and related products, which may include:
the 4 Week Programme;
the 8 Week Programme;
Refill Boxes;
the Sensory Box;
Trial products;
the OLIVRX Sensory Glass;
aroma products;
printed guidance materials; and
other products or accessories displayed on our website.
The relevant product page will describe the main characteristics of each product or Programme, including, where applicable:
what is included;
the number and volume of bottles;
the Programme duration;
the number of boxes supplied;
the total price;
delivery arrangements;
storage and usage guidance;
ingredients and allergen information; and
any applicable restrictions or warnings.
Please read the complete product description before placing your order.
Products shown together in photographs, videos or lifestyle imagery are not necessarily sold together. Only the items expressly listed on the product page and in your order summary are included in your purchase.
6. Programme Structure
The 4 Week Programme and 8 Week Programme are fixed-duration, one-time purchases.
4 Week Programme
The 4 Week Programme is supplied in one delivery and contains the products expressly listed on the relevant product page and in the customer’s order summary.
8 Week Programme
The 8 Week Programme is supplied in one delivery.
It includes the initial 4-week Programme products together with one additional Refill Box, providing the products intended for the complete eight-week period.
The exact contents of each Programme will be displayed before purchase.
A Programme ends once the complete Programme order has been supplied. Purchasing a Programme does not create an ongoing commitment beyond that order.
7. No Subscription or Automatic Renewal
The 4 Week Programme and 8 Week Programme are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
Purchasing either Programme does not enrol you in:
an ongoing subscription;
an automatically renewing Programme;
an indefinite delivery arrangement;
an instalment agreement; or
recurring payments beyond the amount expressly accepted at checkout.
All Programme prices are paid in full at checkout.
We will not take any further payment unless you separately place and authorise a new order.
If OLIVRX introduces a recurring service in the future, its payment, delivery, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented clearly before a customer expressly agrees to that service.
8. Product Images and Natural Variation
We make reasonable efforts to display our products and packaging accurately.
However:
colours may vary depending on your screen or device;
packaging may be updated from time to time;
minor design or presentation details may differ;
photographs may not represent the exact size or scale of an item; and
natural agricultural products may vary between batches and harvests.
Extra virgin olive oil is a natural agricultural product. Its colour, aroma, fruitiness, bitterness, intensity and peppery sensation may vary between:
olive varieties;
growing regions;
harvests;
batches;
bottling periods; and
storage periods.
These natural variations do not, by themselves, mean that a product is faulty or not as described.
Where a proposed change would materially affect the essential characteristics of a product you have ordered, we will contact you where required before fulfilling the affected item.
9. Food, Not Medicine
OLIVRX products are food products. They are not medicines, medical treatments or nutritional supplements.
Information provided on our website, product packaging, printed materials, videos, emails and social-media channels is for general educational and informational purposes only.
It is not intended to:
diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease;
provide individual medical or nutritional advice;
replace advice from a doctor, registered dietitian, pharmacist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional; or
guarantee any particular health, physical or psychological outcome.
Research discussed by OLIVRX may relate generally to:
extra virgin olive oil;
naturally occurring phenolic compounds;
Mediterranean-style dietary patterns;
sensory experience;
dietary behaviour; or
consistency and adherence.
Such research does not establish that an OLIVRX product or Programme will produce a particular result for an individual customer.
Individual experiences may vary.
Seek appropriate professional advice before making a significant dietary change if you:
have a diagnosed medical condition;
have a known allergy or food sensitivity;
are pregnant or breastfeeding;
take prescribed medication;
have difficulty swallowing;
follow a medically supervised diet; or
have been advised to restrict your intake of fat or particular ingredients.
Always read the ingredients, allergen information, usage directions and warnings supplied with the specific product before use.
10. The OLIVRX Method
The OLIVRX Method is designed to provide structure around the regular consumption of premium extra virgin olive oil through measured daily bottles and an optional sensory practice.
Depending on the product or Programme purchased, the experience may include:
pre-measured daily bottles;
the OLIVRX Sensory Glass;
optional aroma products;
usage instructions;
educational materials; and
Programme guidance.
The sensory elements are intended to support awareness, engagement and consistency.
They do not:
alter the legal classification of the products as food;
provide medical treatment;
guarantee adherence;
guarantee a particular sensory experience; or
guarantee any health or wellbeing outcome.
Aroma products are optional and must be used only as directed on their labels or accompanying instructions.
Do not exceed the recommended quantity.
11. Product Information, Ingredients and Allergens
Relevant food information will be made available on the applicable product page before the customer completes the purchase.
Depending on the product, this may include:
the name of the food;
ingredients;
allergen information;
net quantity;
bottle volume;
storage instructions;
usage directions;
country or place of origin where legally required;
nutritional information where required; and
relevant warnings or restrictions.
Required information will also be supplied with the delivered product, except where the law permits particular information, such as the best-before date or batch information, to be provided only at or before delivery.
You are responsible for reading the product information supplied before using or consuming the product.
Where general website content conflicts with mandatory information printed on the specific product label, follow the product label and contact us if clarification is needed.
UK guidance requires prescribed food information to be made available before an online purchase and again when the product is delivered.
12. Allergies and Sensitivities
Do not consume or use a product if:
you are allergic to one of its listed ingredients;
you are sensitive to one of its ingredients;
the packaging or safety seal is unexpectedly damaged;
the product appears contaminated;
the product appears unsafe; or
a healthcare professional has advised you not to use it.
Ingredients, recipes or suppliers may change from time to time.
Always rely on the information supplied with the specific product you receive rather than information retained from an earlier purchase.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering if they require further information about:
ingredients;
production;
manufacturing;
handling;
storage; or
possible cross-contact.
Optional aroma products must be used only as directed and only in the recommended quantity.
13. Placing an Order
Our checkout process allows you to review and correct your order before submitting it.
Before completing payment, please check:
the products selected;
the quantities;
the Programme duration;
the products included;
the total price;
the delivery address;
the billing information;
the email address;
the telephone number, where requested; and
any delivery instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is complete and accurate.
After placing an order, you should receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
The acknowledgement email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Please contact us promptly if:
you do not receive an order acknowledgement;
your order confirmation contains an error; or
your delivery or contact information needs to be corrected.
We cannot guarantee that information can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment.
14. When the Contract Is Formed
Your order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your order summary.
A binding contract between you and OLIVRX is formed when we:
send an email expressly confirming that the order has been accepted; or
dispatch the order,
whichever occurs first.
Each accepted order forms a separate contract between you and us.
Where an order contains multiple products, we may accept or decline individual items separately if one or more items are unavailable.
We may contact you before accepting an order if we need to:
verify information;
confirm availability;
correct an obvious error;
discuss a delivery restriction; or
request additional payment verification.
15. Our Right to Decline or Cancel an Order
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
the price or product description contains an obvious error;
the delivery address is outside an area we serve;
we cannot verify essential order information;
a purchasing restriction has been exceeded;
we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale;
fulfilment would breach a legal or regulatory requirement; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product or order.
We will not cancel an accepted order without a reasonable basis.
16. Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
OLIVRX PTY LTD is not currently registered for VAT, and VAT is not separately charged.
Standard delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses is included in the product or Programme price unless a different charge is clearly displayed before checkout.
The complete price payable will be shown before you submit the order.
We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may:
contact you and offer the product at the correct price; or
cancel the affected item and refund any payment taken for it.
We are not required to provide a product at an obviously incorrect price where the mistake could reasonably have been recognised as a pricing error.
17. Payment
All products and Programmes must be paid for in full at checkout.
We do not currently offer:
instalment payments;
recurring billing;
automatic Programme renewal; or
subscription payments.
Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout.
By submitting an order, you confirm that:
the payment information is accurate;
you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
the payment is not fraudulent; and
sufficient funds or credit are available.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or another authorised payment provider.
We do not directly retain complete payment-card information.
Your order may be delayed, declined or cancelled if:
payment is refused;
payment is reversed;
additional verification is required;
suspected fraud is reported; or
the payment information is incomplete or inaccurate.
18. Discount Codes and Promotions
From time to time, OLIVRX may offer discount codes or temporary promotions.
Unless the specific offer states otherwise, a discount code:
must be entered before payment is completed;
cannot be applied retrospectively;
may be restricted to specified products or customers;
may require a minimum order value;
may have an expiry date;
may be limited to one use per customer;
may not be combined with another offer;
cannot be transferred or resold; and
cannot be exchanged for cash.
A discount applies only to the products identified in the offer.
We may refuse or withdraw a promotional benefit where we reasonably believe that:
the offer has been misused;
multiple accounts have been created to obtain an unintended benefit;
the code was distributed or obtained without authority;
fraudulent activity is involved; or
the promotion contains an obvious error.
We will not withdraw a valid promotion from an order already accepted unless the customer knew or should reasonably have recognised that the promotion was clearly erroneous or had been used contrary to its stated terms.
No referral-credit programme is currently included in these Terms & Conditions.
19. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after they are treated as received.
Orders placed before 12:00 midday UK time on a business day will normally be treated as received that day.
Orders placed:
after 12:00 midday UK time;
on a Saturday or Sunday; or
on a public holiday in England and Wales
will be treated as received on the next business day.
Processing time is the period required to prepare, check, pack and dispatch an order. It is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery period.
Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:
unusually high order volumes;
public holidays;
stock checks;
payment verification;
carrier collection schedules; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
20. Delivery Area
OLIVRX currently delivers to eligible UK mainland addresses only.
Delivery eligibility is determined by the postcode entered at checkout.
We do not currently deliver to:
Northern Ireland;
the Channel Islands;
the Isle of Man; or
other destinations or postcodes excluded by our delivery service.
Remote UK mainland destinations, including applicable Scottish Highlands postcodes, will be accepted only where the postcode is approved by our checkout and delivery provider.
We may update our delivery territories from time to time.
An order has not been accepted merely because the website initially allows an address to be entered. Where we cannot deliver to the supplied address, we will contact you and refund any payment taken if the order cannot be fulfilled.
21. Delivery Cost and Estimated Timing
Standard delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses is included in the product or Programme price unless otherwise clearly stated before checkout.
Once dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take 2–3 business days.
Customers should normally allow approximately 4–6 business days from the date the order is treated as received:
2–3 business days for processing; and
a further 2–3 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Tracking or dispatch information will normally be sent to the email address supplied with the order where tracking is available.
22. Order and Address Changes
Please contact support@olivrx.com immediately if you need to correct or change:
an order;
a delivery address;
a postcode;
recipient information; or
delivery instructions.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request, but cannot guarantee that an order can be amended after fulfilment has begun.
Where a future dispatch date has been expressly arranged, requests for changes should reach us at least five business days before that dispatch date.
For ordinary orders processed within 2–3 business days, customers should contact us immediately because the five-business-day notice period may not be available.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect it.
23. Delivery Responsibility and Risk
We are responsible for arranging delivery to the address supplied in your order.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
the delivery address is complete and accurate;
the postcode is correct;
relevant building or access information is provided;
a suitable person or authorised location is available to receive the parcel; and
any delivery instructions are reasonable and accurate.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to:
you;
a person identified by you to receive them; or
a safe place or location expressly authorised by you,
in accordance with applicable law.
Responsibility for the products passes to you once delivery has been completed in accordance with your instructions.
24. Incorrect Addresses and Unsuccessful Delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
Where delivery is unsuccessful because:
the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete;
the postcode was incorrect;
access could not be obtained;
the parcel was refused without valid reason;
the parcel was not collected; or
reasonable carrier instructions were not followed,
the parcel may be returned to us.
Where the failed delivery was caused by information or instructions supplied by you, we may require payment of the actual reasonable redelivery cost before resending the order.
No redelivery charge will apply where the failed delivery was caused by OLIVRX or by the carrier acting on our behalf.
Any redelivery charge will reflect the reasonable cost incurred and will not affect your statutory rights.
25. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
Please contact support@olivrx.com if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
We may ask you to:
confirm the delivery address;
check with other members of the household;
check any authorised safe place;
check with a reception desk, neighbour or building manager; and
review the carrier’s tracking information.
We may investigate the delivery with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
This does not remove our legal responsibility for properly delivering the goods.
Where delivery is materially delayed, you may have a legal right to cancel if:
an agreed delivery date was essential;
we refuse to deliver;
delivery within the agreed period was clearly essential in the circumstances; or
we fail to deliver within an additional reasonable period specified by you.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
26. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect the parcel and products promptly after delivery.
Contact support@olivrx.com as soon as reasonably possible if:
an item is missing;
you received the wrong product;
the parcel or product was damaged;
a bottle has leaked or broken;
a safety seal appears damaged;
a product appears contaminated;
a product appears defective or unsafe; or
the order does not match its description.
For transit-damage claims, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery, where reasonably possible.
Please provide:
your order number;
the email address used for the order;
a description of the issue;
photographs of the external parcel;
photographs of the internal packaging;
photographs of the affected product; and
relevant batch or best-before information where available.
The 48-hour reporting request helps us investigate the incident and raise a claim with the carrier.
It is not a strict contractual deadline and does not remove or reduce your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, unsafe, missing or incorrectly supplied goods.
Do not consume a product if:
its seal is unexpectedly broken;
its bottle is damaged;
it appears contaminated;
it has an unusual appearance inconsistent with ordinary natural variation; or
you reasonably believe it may be unsafe.
Keep the product and packaging until we confirm whether they are required for assessment or return.
27. Storage and Product Care
Store all products in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging or accompanying materials.
Extra virgin olive oil should normally be stored:
in a cool, dark place;
away from direct sunlight;
away from excessive heat;
with the bottle securely closed; and
away from strong odours or possible contamination.
The OLIVRX box has been designed to support both proper storage and daily consistency.
You remain responsible for storing products correctly after delivery.
Before use, please check:
the best-before date;
batch information;
the bottle and safety seal; and
any product-specific directions.
We are not responsible for deterioration or damage caused after delivery by:
improper storage;
prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight;
freezing;
contamination after opening;
accidental damage;
failure to close a bottle correctly; or
use contrary to the supplied instructions.
This section does not exclude our responsibility where a product was already faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described when delivered.
28. Your Right to Change Your Mind
Consumers purchasing online generally have a legal right to cancel eligible orders without giving a reason.
For goods, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise a cancellation right, you must communicate a clear decision to cancel before the applicable cancellation period expires.
You may contact us at support@olivrx.com.
You do not need to use any particular wording, but your communication should include:
your full name;
your order number;
the product or Programme being cancelled;
the date of the order; and
your contact information.
We will acknowledge your cancellation by email or another durable form of communication.
UK distance-selling guidance states that customers must generally be given 14 days after delivery to cancel an eligible online order, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
29. Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Cancellation
The legal right to cancel does not apply in every circumstance.
A statutory exception may apply, for example, to:
goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
The fact that an order contains food does not automatically remove all cancellation rights.
Whether an exception applies depends on:
the nature of the specific product;
whether it was sealed;
whether the seal has been broken;
whether it has been opened or consumed;
whether it can safely and lawfully be resold; and
the applicable legal requirements.
Opened or used consumable products will not normally qualify for a change-of-mind return where a lawful exception applies. This may include:
opened extra virgin olive oil bottles;
consumed products;
opened aroma products;
products with compromised safety seals; and
consumable products that cannot safely be resold.
Unused accessories, including an unused OLIVRX Sensory Glass, may be treated differently from opened consumable products and may remain eligible for return.
We will not rely on a statutory exception more broadly than the law permits.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
30. Cancelling a Programme Order
The 4 Week Programme and 8 Week Programme contain products supplied together at a Programme price.
Your cancellation and return rights will depend on:
whether the Programme has been dispatched;
whether it has been delivered;
whether the Programme packaging has been opened;
whether any bottles, aroma products or other consumables have been opened or used;
whether the accessories remain unused;
whether a statutory cancellation exception applies; and
whether any product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
If you cancel before the Programme has been dispatched, we will normally cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Where fulfilment has already begun, we will explain whether dispatch can still be stopped or whether the delivered Programme must be returned.
For a change-of-mind return, an unopened 4 Week Programme or 8 Week Programme must normally be returned as a complete set, including:
all food products;
the additional Refill Box included in the 8 Week Programme;
the Sensory Glass or other accessories, where included;
aroma products, where included;
printed materials;
inserts; and
Programme packaging.
Individual Programme components cannot normally be returned separately for a partial change-of-mind refund unless:
we expressly agree otherwise; or
applicable law requires a different outcome.
Where only part of a Programme qualifies for a legal remedy, any refund or other remedy will be calculated fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
Faulty-goods rights apply independently of any change-of-mind right.
31. Return Authorisation and Procedure
All returns must be authorised in advance.
Before sending anything back, contact:
We will provide, where applicable:
confirmation of return eligibility;
the authorised returns address;
packaging instructions;
any required return reference; and
confirmation of responsibility for return postage.
Products must not be returned to Hallswelle House unless OLIVRX expressly confirms in writing that it is the correct returns address.
Where you validly cancel an eligible order after delivery, you must return the goods without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel.
Returned goods should be:
securely packaged;
complete;
accompanied by included accessories and materials;
protected from damage in transit; and
sent to the authorised returns address supplied by us.
We recommend using an appropriate tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
You remain responsible for taking reasonable care of returned goods while they are in your possession.
32. Return Postage
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this responsibility was communicated before purchase.
OLIVRX will cover the reasonable return cost where goods are confirmed as:
faulty;
damaged;
unsafe;
incorrectly supplied;
not as described; or
otherwise not compliant with the contract.
We will provide the appropriate return instructions before the product is sent back.
The Consumer Rights Act provides that the trader bears reasonable return costs when a consumer validly rejects non-conforming goods.
33. Refunds
Where you validly cancel an eligible order, we will refund payments received for the cancelled goods, subject to any lawful deductions.
Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order.
Because standard eligible UK mainland delivery is included in the OLIVRX price, no separate standard-delivery charge will normally appear on the order.
We are not required to refund:
any additional amount paid for an enhanced or premium delivery option above the standard delivery cost; or
return-postage costs for which you are lawfully responsible.
We may reduce a refund where permitted by law to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Opening, consuming or compromising the seal of a consumable product may:
go beyond the handling reasonably permitted for inspection; and
bring the product within an applicable statutory exception.
Approved refunds will be made:
without undue delay;
within the timeframe required by applicable law; and
through the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until:
we receive the returned goods; or
you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Banking and payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.
34. Faulty, Damaged, Unsafe or Misdescribed Goods
We are legally required to supply goods that are:
of satisfactory quality;
fit for their usual purpose;
fit for any particular purpose expressly agreed with you;
as described; and
compliant with the contract.
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, missing, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact support@olivrx.com and provide:
your order number;
a clear description of the issue;
relevant photographs;
relevant batch information; and
any other evidence reasonably required to assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include:
a full or partial refund;
a replacement;
redelivery of a missing item;
repair, where appropriate; or
another remedy agreed with you.
We will not require you to pay reasonable return costs for goods confirmed as faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer-protection legislation. Official guidance confirms that businesses must provide appropriate remedies where goods are faulty, misdescribed or do not meet statutory standards.
35. Product Availability and Changes
All products and Programmes are subject to availability.
We may make reasonable changes to:
packaging;
presentation;
product names;
suppliers;
ingredients;
agricultural origin;
olive harvest or batch;
accessories;
printed materials; or
Programme components
where necessary to reflect:
seasonal availability;
legal or regulatory requirements;
safety requirements;
product improvements;
supply disruption; or
operational needs.
We will not make a material substitution after accepting your order without informing you where the substitution would meaningfully change what you agreed to purchase.
Where a proposed substitution is materially different, we may offer you the choice to:
accept the substitute;
select an alternative;
remove the affected item; or
cancel the affected part of the order for a refund.
36. Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate, complete and current.
However:
educational content may be updated;
scientific research may develop;
stock and availability may change;
agricultural origin may vary by batch;
photographs are illustrative;
prices may change before an order is accepted; and
minor typographical or technical errors may occur.
The product description, price and other mandatory information shown before checkout form part of the basis on which you place the order.
General editorial, educational or lifestyle content does not form part of the sales contract unless expressly incorporated into the applicable product description.
We may correct website errors, but corrections will not retrospectively reduce your statutory rights or unfairly alter an accepted order.
37. Customer Accounts
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:
providing accurate account information;
keeping your login credentials confidential;
using a secure password;
preventing unauthorised access to your device; and
notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised activity.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures or from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that:
it is being used fraudulently;
it presents a security risk;
false information has been supplied;
promotions are being abused; or
these Terms & Conditions have been materially breached.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason for the action.
Closing an account does not automatically cancel an accepted order or remove an outstanding lawful obligation.
38. Customer Reviews and User Content
Where our website or social-media channels allow you to submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that the content:
reflects your genuine experience;
is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
is not misleading;
does not infringe another person’s rights;
is not unlawful, threatening, abusive or discriminatory;
does not contain confidential information;
does not reveal another person’s personal information without permission;
does not contain malicious software; and
does not make unauthorised medical or disease-treatment claims.
You retain ownership of your original content.
By submitting content directly to OLIVRX for publication or promotional use, you grant OLIVRX PTY LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
store;
reproduce;
resize;
crop;
format;
publish; and
display
that content for the purpose of operating and promoting OLIVRX, including:
on the OLIVRX website;
in OLIVRX emails;
in digital marketing; and
on official OLIVRX social-media channels, including Instagram and TikTok.
We will not materially alter the meaning of a customer review.
We may moderate, decline or remove content that breaches these Terms & Conditions.
We are not required to publish every submission.
We will not knowingly present an incentivised review as an independent review without appropriate disclosure.
Where content includes identifiable people or personal information, our use remains subject to applicable privacy and data-protection law.
39. Intellectual Property

Protected materials may include:
the OLIVRX name;

product and Programme names;
the OLIVRX Method;

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
reproduce a substantial part of the website;
copy or imitate our branding or packaging;
use our materials commercially;
modify or remove trade-mark or copyright notices;
scrape or systematically extract website content;
frame or reproduce the website on another service;
create derivative commercial materials; or
imply an association with or endorsement by OLIVRX where none exists.
No licence or right is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
40. Acceptable Website Use
You must not use our website:
unlawfully or fraudulently;
to transmit malicious code;
to interfere with its security or operation;
to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or information;
to submit false or misleading information;
to impersonate another person;
to interfere with another customer’s use of the website;
to abuse discount codes or promotions;
to infringe intellectual-property rights; or
in a way that may damage OLIVRX, our customers or another person.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that the website is being misused.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to an order already placed.
41. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to independent third-party services, including:
Shopify;
payment providers;
delivery carriers;
analytics providers;
social-media platforms;
video-hosting services; and
external scientific publications.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for content or services controlled by an independent third party.
However, using a third-party provider does not remove any responsibility we owe to you for performing our contract.
A link to an external website does not necessarily mean that OLIVRX endorses:
every statement on that website;
every product or service it offers; or
its privacy or security practices.
42. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
severe weather;
fire;
flood;
natural disaster;
epidemic or public-health restrictions;
war or civil disturbance;
transport disruption;
industrial action;
carrier interruption;
interruption of telecommunications;
payment-system failure;
government action;
import or customs disruption; or
interruption to essential supplies.
Where such an event affects an accepted order, we will:
take reasonable steps to reduce its effect;
contact you where appropriate;
provide revised information where reasonably possible; and
continue performance when reasonably able to do so.
If the delay becomes substantial, you may contact us to discuss cancellation and any refund rights that apply.
Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
43. Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by:
our breach of these Terms & Conditions; or
our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable where:
it was an obvious consequence of our breach; or
both you and we knew, when the contract was formed, that it might occur.
We supply products for personal and domestic use.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, we are not responsible for commercial or business losses, including:
loss of profit;
loss of revenue;
loss of business opportunity;
loss of anticipated savings; or
business interruption.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by:
failure to follow product instructions;
improper storage after delivery;
use of a product despite a known allergy or professional contraindication;
use for an unintended purpose; or
materially inaccurate information supplied by you.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits responsibility for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
breach of statutory consumer rights; or
any other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

arrange delivery;
provide tracking information;
communicate about your order;
respond to customer-support enquiries;
process cancellations, returns and refunds;
prevent fraud;
protect our website and customers;
comply with legal obligations; and

Please review our Privacy Policy for full information about how we collect, use, retain, protect and share personal information and how you may exercise your data-protection rights.
45. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect:
changes to our products or Programmes;
changes to our operations;
changes in technology;
changes in payment or delivery arrangements;
legal or regulatory developments; or
improvements in clarity.
The version applying to your order will generally be the version displayed when you submit that order.
We will not retrospectively change an accepted contract in a way that unfairly reduces your rights.
The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
You may wish to save or print the version applying when you place an order.
46. General Legal Provisions
Transfer of Our Rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, for example as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of our business.
We will ensure that any transfer does not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
Transfer of Your Rights
You may transfer your rights under the contract where we agree in writing or where applicable law permits it.
We will not unreasonably withhold agreement where the proposed transfer does not prejudice us.
Severability
Each provision of these Terms & Conditions operates separately.
If a court or competent authority finds that a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No Waiver
If we delay exercising a right or remedy, this does not mean that we have waived it.
If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, we may still enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable product description, checkout information and policies expressly incorporated into the contract, form the agreement between you and OLIVRX regarding the relevant order.
This provision does not exclude responsibility for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and does not restrict your statutory rights.
Third-Party Rights
The contract is between you and OLIVRX PTY LTD.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no other person has the right to enforce its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
47. Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service.
For a complaint relating to an order, delivery, return or product, contact:
Please provide:
your full name;
your order number;
the email address used for the order;
a clear description of the issue;
relevant photographs or evidence; and
the resolution you are seeking.
We aim to acknowledge or respond to customer enquiries within 1–2 business days.
This is a service target rather than an absolute guarantee. More complex matters, carrier investigations, damaged-order claims or issues requiring information from third parties may take longer to resolve.
We will review complaints fairly and communicate the outcome within a reasonable period.
48. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any contract between you and OLIVRX are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you will continue to benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws applying where you live.
You may be entitled to bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
We encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any dispute directly.
Nothing in this section prevents you from:
exercising a statutory right;
contacting an appropriate consumer-protection body;
obtaining independent legal advice; or
bringing legal proceedings in a court with jurisdiction.
